The hotel features 52 guestrooms. Plush, white goose-down duvets are accented with a chocolate-brown throw and a cherry wood headboard, and matched by the micro-striped luxury linens underneath. The bathrooms feature plenty of space with granite countertops, sunken sinks, and custom glass-enclosed showers with body massage showerheads. Over a third of the guestrooms have balconies overlooking the SMU campus and Highland Park. They also feature New York loft style kitchens with a refrigerator and microwave, and a separate seating area in each of the suites.
