It is located approximately three miles from Dallas Love Field and 14 miles from DFW Airport. This hotel is conveniently located near UT Southwestern Medical Center, American Airlines Center, and the attractions of uptown as well as downtown Dallas.
The property is equipped with an outdoor pool, a barbeque grill, fitness center, and coin-operated laundry facilities. A complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served daily including eggs, breakfast sausage, fresh fruits, hot and cold cereal selections, breads and bagels, juice, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Also included on Monday through Thursday evenings is a light dinner buffet featuring items ranging from spaghetti and meatballs to soup and salads with your choice of beverage from sodas to beer, mixed drinks, or wine. Hawthorn Suites accepts up to two household pets per suite, only one of which may be a dog weighing no more than 75 pounds. The hotel also offers a meeting room, 24-hour front desk service, free parking, and shuttle service within a five-mile radius of the hotel from 7am until 7pm on Mondays through Fridays. There is a minimum non-refundable charge of 50 dollars per pet.
All suites feature separate phone and modem lines, desks, personal voicemail, T1 Internet access, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, and separate fully furnished living and sleeping areas, which also include fully equipped kitchens including full-size appliances, cookware, dishware, microwaves, and coffeemakers. Living areas with pullout sofa sleepers and fireplaces comes standard with each suite.
